Address Confidentiality Program

Address Confidentiality Program

Helping Hands Project Organization are Authorized Advocates for the WA State Address Confidentiality Program (ACP).

The Washington ACP offers survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or trafficking, and Criminal Justice Affiliates, Election Officials, and Protected Health Care Workers who are a target for threats or harassment, a substitute mailing address to receive first class mail. The address is accepted by Washington state, county, and city government agencies in lieu of a residential address for creating records.

Please call us at 425-760-8306 to schedule an appointment and enroll.

Common Questions

What does Helping Hands Project Organization do?

One of our key focuses is on outpatient behavioral health, and we work to provide all of our clients with the community- or home-based counseling, treatment, and services they need to achieve stability. We offer many other programs, including a food bank & distribution service, eviction and housing support, abuse victim protection services, and more.

What communities does Helping Hands support?

Our focus is in and around the Greater Puget Sound area. We cater to everyone, with a focus on communities that have been disproportionately affected by issues and historically overlooked. Many of our programs are designed to be available to any of our neighbors who may be in need or facing mental health challenges without a support system.

How can I get assistance from Helping Hands?

Our behavioral health, Black Crime Victim Services, and Skagit County Eviction Prevention programs each have unique contact processes. For all other requests, please call our office at 425-760-8306 or visit us at 1314 26th St. Everett, WA.

How can I support Helping Hands?

There are two main ways to support the work of Helping Hands. The first is through volunteering, specifically with our food distribution and housing insecurity programs. The second is through donating monthly; by supporting Helping Hands with just $25/month, you can help us give a local family $300 via food voucher, helping them access nutritious and culturally appropriate food from a local African grocery store.
