Our case management team connects clients to housing resources through trusted community partners.

We assist clients with:

• FCS Housing – Supporting individuals with behavioral health needs in accessing stable housing and wraparound services.

• YWCA Snohomish County SPC Vouchers – Helping  eligible clients apply for and maintain housing through the YWCA’s supportive housing programs.

Our case managers work directly with clients to determine eligibility, provide guidance through the application process, and connect them with the right supports to ensure stability and long-term success.
