Creating A Thriving Society

Helping Hands Project Organization’s mission is to empower and elevate the lives of the most underserved, focusing on communities of color, by providing resources and access to programs that ensure an equitable opportunity for success.

We have a strategic focus of bridging the gap of disparity in communities most disproportionately affected by issues- Communities of Color. Our focus is: homelessness, education, advocacy, training and healthcare. Our aim is to improve the living standards and level of decision making among marginalized communities across the Washington state and beyond with our home base in Everett, WA.  

Prevention

Our organization is contracted for the Eviction Rental Assistance Progam via the Department of Commerce and Volunteers of America to prevent evictions by paying past due, current and future rent for people impacted by the pandemic.

We are also offering resource connections with our trusted community partners to allow those experiencing homelessness an option to access services available.

We provide crisis management through referals to votal resources like counselling, therapy, psych and medical services at our facility.

COVID-19 Resources

Taking guidance from our partners at local hospitals, the Washington Department of Health, Public Health – Snohomish and King Counties, the CDC, we are actively taking steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and be ready to respond quickly should someone exhibit symptoms. We continue to actively monitor and adjust our approach as the situation changes.
